Shipping
Currently, Allied Furnace Filters uses UPS or FedEx Ground to ship to our clients. We deliver to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you happen to live in Alaska or Hawaii, special arrangements can be made for delivery through the USPS. We do not ship outside of the U.S.

Due to the large size of furnace filters, some shipping charges include an 'oversize' charge for filters exceeding 24 inches in length. We try to price our filter packages to minimize these charges. To maintain the integrity of the filters (so they don't get crushed) we use commercial strength cardboard boxes, which weigh a little more.
Arrangements can be made if you want to use your own business or personal UPS, FedEx or DHL account to keep shipping charges to a minimum.

The filters on this website are typically stocked in our warehouse. They're usually shipped within two to three business days. If the filters are not in stock when we received your order, we will either call you or contact you via email with an estimated ship date. Once the order has been shipped, we will provide the tracking information via email.

We are located in Portland, Oregon, so depending on how far you live from our shipping location, with UPS/FedEx Ground, please allow five to ten days for delivery. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Of course, we cannot be responsible for shipments which are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our shipping partners, including, but not limited to the following: acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation neworks due to events such as weather, natural disasters or acts of terrorism.

Returns
Since we cannot be there to measure your filters, you are responsible for any mistakes in ordering due to incorrect size. In the event filters must be returned, stock filters can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any filters which cannot be return in 'like new' condition can only be returned for an exchange. When returning merchandise, approval must be made prior to your shipping the product. You are required to pay for return shipping costs. Allied Furnace Filters will charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned in 'like new' condition.
